The cave dwellers who do not have access to running water, electricity and sanitation, say they can\u2019t afford to live in a house.<br>Jafar Rahimi, an Afghan photographer who documented the lives of these cave dwellers in a photo collection, has provided these pictures to Rukhshana Media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow aligncenter\" data-effect=\"slide\"><div
