A man stabbed his ex-father-in-law to death and wounded his ex-mother-in- law on Sunday, May 15, in Ghazni province, sources said.
The incident happened when the man, identified as Zaker, broke into his ex-in-laws house during the night to carry out robbery in Qalaye Shada neighborhood in the outskirt of Ghazni city. Zaker fled after robbing the house and stabbing his ex-wife and father-in-law.
Sayed Ishaq Saleh, the Taliban’s spokesperson for Ghazni police department, said the dead victim was identified as 52 years-old Juma Naseri. He said the wounded woman was in stable condition.
Sources said Naseri ended the marriage of his daughter by forcing Zaker to divorce her around two years ago.
