A video, shared with Rukhshana Media, shows a young woman and man are being forced to confess they committed adultery on camera when they were naked.
The men behind the camera are allegedly Taliban intelligence officers, who caught the couple when they were having sexual intercourse on May 4 in Herat city’s Pole Rangina neighborhood.
“What were you doing,” a Taliban fighter ask from the behind the camera. “We were committing adultery,” the man replied.
The alleged Taliban fighters ordered both, who were naked from waist down with their private parts exposed, to stand side by side, and answer the questions.
It was unclear what happened to the couple afterwards. But a source who has close contact with the Taliban said they were in Taliban’s detention.
